  • 4 gousses d\u2019ail, \u00e9cras\u00e9es<\/li>\n
  • Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n
  • \u00bc tasse d\u2019huile de ma\u00efs Mazola<\/li>\n
  • \u00bc tasse de miel<\/li>\n
  • 3 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de marinade humide \u00e0 charquer, douce<\/li>\n
  • 2 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau tr\u00e8s chaude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n\n\t

      \n
    1. Saler et poivrer la peau de chaque filet de saumon, au go\u00fbt et ensuite, \u00e9taler uniform\u00e9ment la marinade \u00e0 charquer sur chaque filet.<\/li>\n
    2. Dans une grande po\u00eale de fonte ou antiadh\u00e9rente, chauffer l\u2019huile de ma\u00efs Mazola \u00e0 feu mi-vif. Une fois l\u2019huile tr\u00e8s chaude, ajouter les brindilles de thym, l\u2019ail et faire frire le saumon, la peau vers le bas, \u00e0 feu mi-vif. Faire frire le saumon compl\u00e8tement sans le bouger pendant env. 6 \u00e0 7 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 s\u2019il se d\u00e9tache facilement de la po\u00eale. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatula longue et large, tourner d\u00e9licatement les filets de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et, une fois cuits, retirer de la po\u00eale et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n
    3. Baisser le feu \u00e0 moyen et laisser 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 d\u2019huile dans la po\u00eale, en jetant le reste. Ajouter le miel, la marinade \u00e0 charquer, l\u2019eau tr\u00e8s chaude et remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le tout soit m\u00e9lang\u00e9 et \u00e9paissi. Ensuite, ajouter les filets de saumon dans la po\u00eale et d\u00e9poser la sauce \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re sur les filets jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit bien enrob\u00e9. Servir chaud et d\u00e9guster!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
