    1. Retirer les abats du dindon et ass\u00e9cher le dindon au complet.<\/li>\n
    2. Saler et poivrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement le dindon au complet.<\/li>\n
    3. Remplir d\u2019huile la friteuse pour dindon selon le mode d\u2019emploi du fabricant et chauffer \u00e0 400 \u00b0F.<\/li>\n
    4. Glisser d\u00e9licatement le dindon dans la friteuse et cuire pendant 35 \u00e0 45 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le thermom\u00e8tre de lecture instantan\u00e9e, ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans la cuisse, indique env. 165 \u00b0F.<\/li>\n
    5. Transf\u00e9rer le dindon sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9pecer et laisser reposer pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n
