    • 1 tasse de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n
    • 1\/3 tasse de beurre<\/li>\n
    • 1 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel casher<\/li>\n
    • 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de flocons de piment d'Espelette (ou si vous utilisez de la poudre de chili ou des flocons de piment broy\u00e9s, la moiti\u00e9 de la quantit\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n\n\t

      1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350F avec la grille plac\u00e9e au milieu.<\/li>\n
      2. Enduisez un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau de 9,5 pouces d'un spray antiadh\u00e9sif ou graissez-le avec du shortening et de la farine.<\/li>\n
      3. Dans un bol moyen, m\u00e9langer la farine, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, la levure chimique, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel, et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n
      4. Dans un grand bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer, m\u00e9langez le zeste d'orange, le zeste de citron et le sucre \u00e0 l'aide d'une spatule en caoutchouc et travaillez ensemble pendant 1 \u00e0 2 minutes. Plus le zeste est mass\u00e9 avec les sucres, plus les huiles et le parfum d'agrumes seront lib\u00e9r\u00e9s. Cela pourrait m\u00eame \u00eatre fait avec les mains.<\/li>\n
      5. Ajoutez l'huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale Mazola dans le bol avec le sucre et le zeste, et m\u00e9langez \u00e0 vitesse moyenne \u2013 avec un batteur \u00e0 main ou un batteur sur socle \u2013 jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle soit bien incorpor\u00e9e, pendant environ 1 minute.<\/li>\n
      6. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs, un \u00e0 la fois, au batteur \u00e0 vitesse moyenne et battez environ 1 minute entre chacun. Ajouter la vanille et la cr\u00e8me sure en m\u00e9langeant jusqu'\u00e0 incorporation.<\/li>\n
      7. \u00c0 basse vitesse du m\u00e9langeur, ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange de farine et m\u00e9langez jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le tout soit presque enti\u00e8rement combin\u00e9. Ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 du jus d'orange et remuez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le tout soit presque m\u00e9lang\u00e9. Continuez en ajoutant la moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange de farine, suivi du reste du jus d'orange et du jus de citron. M\u00e9langez jusqu'\u00e0 ce que tout soit bien combin\u00e9 et qu'une p\u00e2te lisse se forme et qu'il n'y ait pas de morceaux secs, \u00e0 l'aide d'une spatule pour racler les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Transf\u00e9rer la p\u00e2te dans le moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau pr\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/li>\n
      8. Cuire au four pendant 35 \u00e0 40 minutes, ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'un cure-dent en bois ou un cure-dent ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au milieu en ressorte propre.<\/li>\n
      9. Transf\u00e9rer le moule sur une grille et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n
      10. Pendant que le g\u00e2teau refroidit, pr\u00e9parez la ganache au chocolat \u00e9pic\u00e9e et sal\u00e9e. Faites chauffer la cr\u00e8me et le beurre dans une petite casserole, jusqu'\u00e0 juste en dessous de l'\u00e9bullition, vous ne voulez pas fendre, faire des bulles ou faire bouillir la cr\u00e8me, mais pour qu'elle soit tr\u00e8s chaude, faire fondre le chocolat.<\/li>\n
      11. Mettez les p\u00e9pites de chocolat dans un petit bol, versez dessus la cr\u00e8me chaude et le beurre et laissez reposer 10 minutes.<\/li>\n
      12. Fouettez vigoureusement le chocolat jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit lisse et \u00e9pais, ajoutez les flocons de piment et le sel. Laissez la ganache refroidir au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle \u00e9paississe \u00e0 nouveau et ait une consistance tartinable \u00e0 lisser sur le g\u00e2teau.<\/li>\n
      13. Retournez le g\u00e2teau sur un moule, puis sur un support \u00e0 g\u00e2teau ou une assiette, nivelez le dessus du g\u00e2teau avec un couteau et une cuill\u00e8re et faites tourner la ganache sur le dessus.<\/li>\n
      14. Terminez le g\u00e2teau avec des flocons de poivre, un peu de zeste d'orange ou encore un peu de sel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
