    1. Coupez l'aubergine en tranches de 1\/2 pouce d'\u00e9paisseur et saupoudrez-les l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de sel. Laissez-les reposer pendant 45 minutes, puis s\u00e9chez-les avec du papier absorbant.<\/li>\n
    2. Pr\u00e9parez trois stations : une avec de la farine dans une assiette, une autre avec des \u0153ufs battus et du lait dans un bol et la derni\u00e8re avec un m\u00e9lange de chapelure, de parmesan, de sel et de poivre noir dans un bol.<\/li>\n
    3. Chauffer l'huile de ma\u00efs Mazola dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-vif jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle soit chaude (environ 350 \u00b0F).<\/li>\n
    4. Saupoudrez chaque tranche d'aubergine dans la farine, puis trempez-la dans le m\u00e9lange aux \u0153ufs et enfin enrobez-la dans le m\u00e9lange de chapelure.<\/li>\n
    5. Faites frire les tranches d'aubergines enrob\u00e9es par lots dans l'huile chaude jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient dor\u00e9es de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 (environ 2-3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9). Transf\u00e9rez-les sur une grille pos\u00e9e sur une plaque pour les garder au chaud dans un four \u00e0 200\u00b0F.<\/li>\n
    6. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez le processus de friture pour les tranches d'aubergines restantes, en ajoutant plus d'huile dans la po\u00eale si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n
