    • 1\/3 tasse d\u2019huile de ma\u00efs Mazola<\/li>\n
    • 2 c. \u00e0 soupe de piments chili s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<\/li>\n
    • 1 c. \u00e0 soupe de graines de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9es<\/li>\n
    • 2 gousses d\u2019ail, en tranches minces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • 1\/3 tasse de sauce soya l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/li>\n
      • 1 c. \u00e0 soupe de vin Shaoxing (ou remplacer par du sake ou du vin blanc<\/li>\n

      • 1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poivre blanc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          1. Bien laver le poisson et ensuite, l\u2019ass\u00e9cher \u00e0 l\u2019aide de papier essuie-tout. Faire plusieurs l\u00e9g\u00e8res incisions \u00e0 45 degr\u00e9s de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Saler et poivrer la cavit\u00e9 et l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du poisson. Placer 1\/3 du gingembre et 1\/3 des oignons verts dans la cavit\u00e9 du poisson et parsemer le reste du gingembre par-dessus.<\/li>\n
          2. Verser l\u2019eau dans une casserole vapeur et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu vif. Placer le poisson sur une assiette \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve du feu qui est suffisamment grande pour recevoir le poisson dans la casserole. Placer le poisson sur l\u2019assiette dans la casserole vapeur, couvrir et cuire \u00e0 la vapeur pendant env. 8 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature interne indique 140 \u00b0F. Retirer d\u00e9licatement l\u2019assiette et jeter le liquide autour du poisson. Parsemer le reste des oignons verts sur le poisson.<\/li>\n
          3. Dans une petite casserole, \u00e0 feu doux, faire griller l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les piments chili s\u00e9ch\u00e9s et les graines de s\u00e9same et ensuite, ajouter l\u2019huile de ma\u00efs Mazola, augmenter le feu \u00e0 mi-vif et remuer. Aussit\u00f4t que l\u2019huile commence \u00e0 mijoter, ajouter l\u2019ail et frire pendant environ 30 secondes. Verser l\u2019huile parfum\u00e9e et assaisonn\u00e9e chaude sur le poisson, le gingembre et les oignons verts pour lui donner un beau luisant.<\/li>\n
          4. Dans la m\u00eame casserole, ajouter la sauce soya, le vin Shaoxing, le sucre et le poivre blanc ; bien m\u00e9langer et chauffer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 mijotage. Arroser le m\u00e9lange de sauce soya sur le poisson. Garnir de coriandre fra\u00eeche et de piments chili tranch\u00e9s ; servir imm\u00e9diatement.<\/li>\n
          5. D\u00e9licieux accompagn\u00e9 de bols de riz vapeur fumant!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
