Ingrédients:

  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 oignon rouge, coupé en dés
  • 2-3 cups hashbrowns
  • 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile de canola Mazola
  • Spices of choice
  • 6 breakfast sausages, cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup canned corn
  • 1/2 tasse de Cheddar râpé
  • 2-4 fried eggs
  • Hot sauce, sliced avocado, and chopped green onion, for topping

Méthode:

  1. Start by sautéing bell pepper and onions in Mazola Canola Oil.
  2. Add hashbrowns and cook until browned. Then add breakfast sausage, canned corn, and saute together for a few more minutes.
  3. Add your preferred spices; a suggestion would be a steak spice mix. Top with some shredded cheese and transfer to a plate.
  4. Add a fried egg on top along with hot sauce and a little green onion.
