Ingrédients:
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 oignon rouge, coupé en dés
- 2-3 cups hashbrowns
- 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile de canola Mazola
- Spices of choice
- 6 breakfast sausages, cooked and diced
- 1/4 cup canned corn
- 1/2 tasse de Cheddar râpé
- 2-4 fried eggs
- Hot sauce, sliced avocado, and chopped green onion, for topping
Méthode:
- Start by sautéing bell pepper and onions in Mazola Canola Oil.
- Add hashbrowns and cook until browned. Then add breakfast sausage, canned corn, and saute together for a few more minutes.
- Add your preferred spices; a suggestion would be a steak spice mix. Top with some shredded cheese and transfer to a plate.
- Add a fried egg on top along with hot sauce and a little green onion.
