Ingrédients:

  • 1/2 cup softened butter, divided
  • 1/4 tasse d’huile végétale Mazola
  • 1/2 tasse de cassonade
  • 2 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 3/4 tasse de sucre granulé
  • 1 gros œuf
  • 1 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille
  • 1 1/4 tasse de farine tout usage
  • 1 1/4 cuillère à café de levure chimique
  • 1/4 cuillère à café de sel
  • 1/2 tasse de lait

Méthode:

  1. Start by creaming together 1/4 cup softened butter, Mazola Vegetable Oil, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and whisk well. Then add the dry ingredients and milk, alternating between whisking them in.
  2. Add the remaining 1/4 cup melted butter to a 10-inch round pan and sprinkle with brown sugar, then line with sliced peaches. Pour the batter over top and bake in a preheated BBQ or oven at 350F for roughly 45 minutes. Carefully flip overusing an extra plate to serve
