Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground lamb
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp Mazola Canola Oil

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and process until the onion and parsley are finely chopped and well incorporated into the meat.
  2. Shape the lamb mixture into sausage-like forms, ensuring the koftas are evenly sized.
  3. Heat Mazola Canola Oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the koftas until browned on all sides.
  4. Serve with flatbreads and garlic sauce.
