Maple Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 500g lean ground beef
  • 9 small slider buns or dinner rolls, sliced
  • 6-8 slices maple bacon
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cheddar cheese slices
  • 2 Tbsp Mazola Canola Oil
  • Toppings of choice (tomato slices, lettuce, ketchup, mayo, mustard, pickles, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Start by sauteéing onions in Mazola Canola Oil over medium heat then adding ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. At the same time, cook maple bacon until perfectly crispy.
  3. Once the meat is cooked, add cheese slices and let melt slightly before transferring to sliced buns. Top with the crispy bacon and whatever other veggies or condiments you desire.
