Maple Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients:
- 500g lean ground beef
- 9 small slider buns or dinner rolls, sliced
- 6-8 slices maple bacon
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cheddar cheese slices
- 2 Tbsp Mazola Canola Oil
- Toppings of choice (tomato slices, lettuce, ketchup, mayo, mustard, pickles, etc.)
Instructions:
- Start by sauteéing onions in Mazola Canola Oil over medium heat then adding ground beef and cook until browned.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. At the same time, cook maple bacon until perfectly crispy.
- Once the meat is cooked, add cheese slices and let melt slightly before transferring to sliced buns. Top with the crispy bacon and whatever other veggies or condiments you desire.
