Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
With Mazola® Canola Olive Oil Blend

Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 pounds fresh asparagus, tough ends removed
- 2 tablespoons Mazola® Canola Olive Blend
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ounces very thinly sliced prosciutto (about 12 to 14 slices)
Instructions:
- Preheat grill or stove top grill pan to medium heat.
- Combine asparagus, olive oil, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl, stirring to coat evenly with oil. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Asparagus should be bright green and slightly shriveled on surface.
- Transfer cooked asparagus to a plate. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes or until comfortable to handle. Cut proscuitto slices in half. Tightly roll each asparagus spear with half a proscuitto slice. Arrange on serving plate and serve immediately.
- Serving Suggestions: Serve with thin slices of fresh cantaloupe, roasted red pepper dip or hummus.
