Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Patak’s® Mild Curry Paste
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Mazola® Canola Olive Oil Blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Trim chicken. Combine curry paste, vinegar and oil in a resealable plastic. Add chicken and toss to coat well. Let chicken marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Grill or broil over medium heat for 10 to 14 minutes, turning once. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
