- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Patak’s® Mild Curry Paste
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Mazola® Canola Olive Oil Blend
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Trim chicken. Combine curry paste, vinegar and oil in a resealable plastic. Add chicken and toss to coat well. Let chicken marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Grill or broil over medium heat for 10 to 14 minutes, turning once. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
