- 2 tablespoons Mazola RightBlend Oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 4 apples, unpeeled and chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2/3 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce leaves, torn
- Combine oil, lemon juice, yogurt, honey, and walnuts in a small bowl.
- Combine apples, carrot, cheese, celery, and romaine in a large salad bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad mixture and mix.
