Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons Mazola Canola Oil, plus more for the casserole dish
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pound macaroni
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 3-quart casserole dish.
  2. Boil salted water, cook macaroni for 7 minutes, then drain. Toss with canola oil.
  3. Whisk together milk, eggs, salt, and Cheddar.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
