Bolognese Sauce
With Mazola® Canola Oil

Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 celery stalk
- 3 tbsp Mazola Canola Oil
- 500g ground beef
- 4 Italian sausages
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- ½ cup cream
Instructions:
- Chop onion, carrots and celery into small even cubes, slice garlic
- Sauté onion, carrots, celery, and garlic with Mazola Canola Oil.
- Set aside
- In same pot, place in sausages, turning once or twice, remove and set aside once cooked.
- In the meantime, roll ground beef into 2” balls
- Take out sausages and slice when cool to touch.
- Place in meatballs, turning once or twice. Remove when cooked.
- In same pot, cook ground beef. Add back in sliced sausages, meat balls and sautéed vegetables.
- Add in tomato sauce. Reduce heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste.
- Add cream and stir.
- Add to your favourite pasta.
