- 1/3 cup Mazola® Canola Olive Oil Blend
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups assorted fresh vegetables, (zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.), chopped
- Whisk oil, vinegar and garlic in a medium bowl. Add vegetables; stir.
- Marinate in refrigerator a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
