Herb Baked Potato Wedges

With Mazola® Canola Oil

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges

SEASONING:

  • 3 tablespoons Mazola Canola Oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon leaf oregano
  • 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon black medium grind pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine oil, vinegar and seasonings in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
