Snow Pea and Carrot Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fleischmann’s Corn Starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Mazola Canola Oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 pound (8 ounces) snow peas, halved lengthwise
  • 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks

Instructions:

  1. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
  2. Heat oil over medium-high heat in wok or large skillet.
  3. Add garlic; stirring constantly, cook 30 seconds.
  4. Add snow peas and carrots; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Stir orange juice mixture until blended then pour into wok.
  6. Continue to stir-fry 1 minute.
